Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges or refunds will be at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. If the item you received was damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original payment method you used.

- Our candles are handmade and all efforts are made to ensure that the product you receive is of the highest quality. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur from batch to batch.

- We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided.

- Our candles are only to be used as intended, namely, as a decoration or fragrance. The candle should not be left burning unattended, and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
